Directions from the south: Driving on Route 1 north toward Camden, Pen Bay Professional Park is on the right side of the road, approximately 1 mile north of the entrance to Pen Bay Medical Center.

The entrance road is across from Pen Bay Veterinary Associates, known to some locals as the former location of Miss Plum's.

Directions from the north: Driving south on Route 1 from Camden or the Route 90 intersection in Rockport, Pen Bay Professional Park is approximately 1 mile south of Route 90, on the left side of the road.
