Pen Bay Family Medicine provides care to patients of all ages for both acute care and preventive medicine needs. We are a department of Pen Bay Medical Center in Rockport.

Our office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, except major holidays. We are closed from noon to 1 p.m. for lunch. Our phone number is (207) 593-5900.

Our office is located on Route 1 (Commercial Street) in Rockport, mid-way between Pen Bay Medical Center and the intersection of routes 1 and 90.

Co-payments are expected at the time of service. We accept checks, cash or Visa/Mastercard credit cards.
