H1N1 Vaccine Available for Children and Pregnant Women

Pen Bay Healthcare is now able to offer the H1N1 vaccine to selected segments of the population.

The H1N1 vaccine is available to children ages six months to 18 years and pregnant women.

Beginning Friday, Nov. 20, vaccinations will be available at the Kno-Wal-Lin Home Care and Hospice office in Rockland, at 170 Pleasant St., Monday through Friday, 11 a.m.to 1 p.m., while supply is available. During the Thanksgiving week, the clinic will be closed Thursday, Nov. 26, and Friday, Nov. 27.

Both injectable and nasal H1N1 vaccine are available at this clinic. There is no seasonal vaccine available at this clinic.
