Volunteering
Throughout Pen Bay Healthcare, more than 450 loyal, talented and dedicated volutneers help us provide the best care to our patients, residents and clients as well as to support staff at our facilities. In 2009, volunteers provided more than 20,000 service hours.
Volunteering is enriching: It offers an opportunity to research a new career, enjoy the satisfaction of helping others, meet new people and acquaint oneself with the community as well as keep active in retirement. Ask any volunteer and they will tell you their lives are richer for the experience!
