Sherry is responsible for building and maintaining an annual gift campaign with approved goals to support the cooperating organizations of Pen Bay Healthcare, including the Pen Bay Medical Center, Knox Center, the Anderson Inn, Kno-Wal-Lin Home Care and Hospice and Pen Bay Physicians and Associates.
Sherry is responsible for departmental research and working with employee donors. She also coordinates a program for municipal fundraising for Kno-Wal-Lin Home Care and Hospice and Pen Bay Medical Center's Outpatient Psychiatry.

Holly researches foundations and corporations to find those that might be interested in funding Pen Bay Healthcare projects. She works with Pen Bay departments and organizations to develop those projects and prepares proposals that describe the projects and submits them to the appropriate funders. Once Pen Bay receives a grant, Holly follows up with the department or organization to make sure their newly-funded project is carried through as planned and reports back to the funder so they know their money has been wisely spent.
