The Diabetes and Nutrition Care Center provides nutritional counseling for a wide variety of medical conditions and diabetes education in individual or group settings.  Click now to check out our spring class offerings.

Registered dieticians meet with you to assess your diet and create a plan for your nutritional health. You can learn about weight control, pregnancy, childhood nutrition, safe supplement use, food allergies, digestive problems, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, eating disorders, cancer prevention, nutrition during and after cancer treatment and other nutrition-related problems.

Diabetes education is covered under most insurance plans; some also reuimburse for other nutritional counseling. Check with your insurer about your policy. If you do not have insurance, please call 596-8267 to apply for financial assistance.
