What is Excellence Always?
Excellence Always is our commitment to our patients, families and staff to make improvements throughout Pen Bay Healthcare. These changes encompass recent observations, recommendations and patient experience feedback into many transformations.
The intent of aiming for Excellence Always is to be the preferred healthcare employer and provider in Midcoast Maine.
Our goal is to raise our patient satisfaction scores to be in the
top quartile of hospitals in the nation by 2014.
