Dr. Martyn Vickers receives international honorMartyn Vickers
A member of the Pen Bay Urology team, Dr. Martyn Vickers has received the Distinguished Service Award from the Sexual Medicine Society of North America at their annual meeting in Toronto, Ontario.

Dr. Vickers, a Maine native, was cited for his work in development of medical devices and techniques to identify, preserve and if necessary reconstruct the nerves that control erectile function during prostate cancer surgery. His research in determining the physical and chemical properties of erectile tissue was recognized. Learn more now.

The Pen Bay Healthcare Diabetes and Nutritional Care Center has received the prestigious American Diabetes Association Education Recognition Certificate for its diabetes self-management education program.
