Parkinson’s Group Plans Holiday Get-Together

People living with Parkinson’s Disease, along with their family members and caregivers, are invited to celebrate the holidays with the Midcoast’s Parkinson’s Support Group at its next monthly meeting, Tuesday, December 4, from 12-1:45 p.m., at the Anderson Inn at Quarry Hill in Camden.

The first half of the meeting will be devoted to general merry-making, with participants bringing favorite holiday treats to share. During the second half, members will divide into smaller groups for conversation, fellowship and support.
 
The Parkinson’s Support Group meets regularly on the first Tuesday of each month from 12-1:45 p.m. at the Anderson Inn. Meetings are free and offer learning and fellowship to all those living with Parkinson’s disease as well as their loved ones and caregivers. Attendees are encouraged to bring bag lunches. Quarry Hill provides beverages and desserts.
