BELFAST DIRECTIONS

From the South:

1. Drive North on Route 1 and take the first right after the Belfast Downtown Exit.  This will put you onto Congress Street.
2. Take the first right on Congress Street.  This will put you onto Wight Street.
3. Take the first right on Wight Street.  This will put you onto Martins Lane.
4. From Martins Lane, follow the signs to Mid-Coast Mental Health Center.

From the North:

1. Drive South on US Route 1 from the  Route 1- Route 3 Junction and take the first left after the traffic light.  This will put you onto Congress Street.
2. Take the first right on Congress Street.  This will put you onto Wight Street.
3. Take the first right on Wight Street.  This will put you onto Martins Lane.
4. From Martins Lane, follow the signs to Mid-Coast Mental Health Center.

From the West:

1. Drive East on Route 3 until you get to the Intersection of  Route 1 and Route 3.   Take a right turn onto Route 1.
2. Follow the directions describe in the 'From the North' section of this page.

ROCKLAND DIRECTIONS

From the South:

1. Drive North on Route 1 and come into Rockland.  At the second traffic light, take a right onto Union Street.  (Note: Dairy Queen will be on your right).
2. Mid-Coast Mental Health Center is the second driveway on the right.  The entrance is in the back of the building.

From the North:

1. Drive South on Route 1 until you get to the intersection of Union Street and Park Street. 
   • You will be on a one way street at a traffic light. 
   • Dairy Queen will be directly across the street on the right-hand side.
   • Rite-Aid will be directly across the street on the left-hand side.
2. Go Straight across Park Street.  You will go between Rite-Aid and Dairy Queen.
3. Mid-Coast Mental Health Center is the second driveway on the right.  The entrance is in the back of the building.

From the West:

1. Travel East on Route 17 until you get to the Intersection of Route 17 and Route 1.
2. Follow the directions describe in the 'From the North' section of this page.
