Kno-Wal-Lin's Home Care Program provides skilled and professional services to help you stay healthy and independent at home. We work closely with your physician before you leave the hospital or skilled care facility to design a personalized home care plan and home education program.

Our goal is to help you attain or regain a comfortable and independent health status according to the rehab and health potential of your situation. Staff in our home care program provide approximately 40,000 visits each year to offer home health care in homes throughout all of Knox, Waldo and Lincoln counties.

Talk to your doctor about home care or call us directly. We'll be glad to assess your situation and coordinate a personalized plan of care with you and your doctor.
