Kno-Wal-Lin Honored by a 2008 OCS Vision Award

Kno-Wal-Lin Home Care and Hospice announced today that it has been awarded a 2008 OCS Vision Award, an honor that recognizes the exceptional efforts of those home care and hospice providers across the country who demonstrate creative use of the insight provided by their data to improve patient outcomes, overcome challenges and/or achieve organizational goals

OCS Vision Award recipients are selected after a comprehensive review of applications submitted by OCS clients. The OCS organization is the keeper of the nation's most comprehensive set of integrated measures spanning clinical outcomes, financial performance, resource utilization, patient satisfaction and operational indicators for Home Health, Hospice and Private Duty agencies.

"We are so pleased to honor the innovative work of Kno-Wal-Lin Home Care and Hospice," said Amanda Twiss, President of OCS, Inc. "We selected Kno-Wal-Lin based on the creativity they demonstrated in developing new ways to use their OCS data to achieve success."

The 2008 OCS Vision Awards are given annually to those agencies that have implemented successful programs using the insight provided by their data to improve performance across clinical, operational, financial and marketing aspects of their business.
