Our home care program provides skilled home health care including professional nursing services; physical, occupational and speech therapy; social work services; home health aides, certified nursing assistants, personal care assistants, companion homemakers, and visiting and auxiliary volunteers.

Our hospice team helps patients and families experience comfort, peace, and enhanced quality of life during life's final transition. The staff is also pleased to provide our community with a private duty program that offers assistance with daily activities.

KWL is proud to announce plans for a Hospice House in Rockland, Maine. This exciting project will expand the high quality end of life care services already provided by the KWL Hospice Program.

Our staff provide care seven days per week, 365 days per year, with professional staff available 24 hours a day through our on call system. We are ready to help you assess unexpected needs that may arise outside of usual business hours.

Please call for a professional consultation with a registered nurse, who will help you choose the Home Care Program that best fits your needs.
